Version beta-2026-10-26. Published October 26, 2026.
Agreement documents
1. Operator and agreement
OfraVo is operated by Jakub Kamiński, ul. Górna 12/4, 72-003 Bezrzecze, Poland; support.ofravo@gmail.com. OfraVo is a brand, not a separate legal entity. These terms take effect for you when you explicitly accept them while signed in. The linked Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms; the Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
This service is for lawful business use by an adult legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to bind the business represented by the account. Beta registration is self-service and does not require an invitation. Creating an account is not certification of compliance for a state, profession or transaction.
2. Free beta
The beta is free through December 31, 2026, inclusive in America/Phoenix (Arizona time), with a common cutoff of January 1, 2027 at 07:00 UTC, regardless of the date you join. It is a test release: features may contain errors, be unavailable, change or be withdrawn. No continuous availability, error-free operation, fixed recovery time, response-time commitment or service-level agreement is promised.
Beta participation does not automatically become a paid subscription. No subscription charge will arise merely because the beta ends. Any paid continuation requires a separate offer and your express agreement to its price, taxes, billing and renewal terms. No future access, discount, lifetime price or other tester benefit is promised.
We may suspend access proportionately for abuse, security, unlawful use or breach of these terms, and may end the beta. We will give reasonable notice when practicable. Suspension does not itself erase business records or remove applicable export and privacy rights.
3. Scope and excluded uses
Core provides tools for a single owner to publish offers, receive requests, schedule appointments, record payments, charges, costs and refunds, prepare invoices, communicate with customers and export records. It does not coordinate employees or vehicles, hold customer funds, execute recorded cash refunds, file tax returns or replace statutory business records required outside the service.
Do not submit medical or dental records, health information, biometric identifiers, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, passwords or other authentication secrets. Do not use the beta for healthcare administration, safety-critical operations, emergency services or other uses requiring specialist regulatory safeguards. Obtain separate approval before a use outside the single-owner business workflows described in these terms.
A generic invoice, appointment confirmation or recorded agreement is not automatically a legally sufficient work authorization, regulated repair invoice, construction contract, lien notice or other profession-specific document. Keep any additional documents and customer authorizations required for your work.
4. Business and account responsibilities
Keep credentials and devices secure, maintain accurate business and contact information, and notify support promptly of suspected compromise. You are responsible for the services you supply, lawful collection of customer information, required notices and permissions, licenses, customer agreements and the truthfulness of records you enter.
Check schedules, amounts, tax treatment and document details before relying on or sending them. Maintain an alternative way to contact customers and keep suitable independent copies of important records. Use the available export, verify the downloaded archive and retain it privately for your applicable accounting and legal periods. These responsibilities do not remove our own contractual or statutory duties.
Do not send unsolicited commercial communications, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, defeat security limits or place another business’s information in your account without authority. Support requests should contain only the minimum necessary information; redact customer details and do not email full customer exports or credentials.
5. Prices, tax and documents
Calculations use your configured percentage, tax inclusion choices and stored transaction amounts. OfraVo does not determine taxability, tax nexus, place of supply, exemptions, required registration, the correct jurisdiction or the rate applicable at a customer’s address. A business tax setting is not a tax determination. Complex allocations, mixed contracts and multiple jurisdictions may require records or calculations outside OfraVo.
Review seller and recipient details, amounts, license information and required disclosures before issuing. Issued documents preserve snapshots; use the correction process and any additional legally required documents rather than silently replacing a document already issued. A recorded cash refund is not itself a credit note or a reduction of the agreed price. You remain responsible for lawful tax reporting and recordkeeping.
6. Interruptions and reasonable response
The service depends on internet access and third-party hosting, authentication, storage and email services. Outages, maintenance, security incidents and delivery failures can delay or prevent operations. Email acceptance by a provider does not guarantee delivery to an inbox. The application does not promise full offline operation or that unsent actions will execute automatically when connectivity returns.
We will take reasonable measures appropriate to the beta to secure the service, investigate material failures and restore operations where practicable. Backups are recovery measures, not a guarantee against all data loss. Recent changes may not yet be included in a recoverable copy.
To the extent permitted by law, delay caused by events beyond a party’s reasonable control excuses affected performance only for their duration, provided reasonable mitigation is taken. A supplier outage or cyberattack does not automatically excuse our own failure to meet applicable security, data-protection or other mandatory duties.
7. Important limits on liability
PLEASE READ: THE FREE BETA IS PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. No disclaimer overrides an express obligation in the Data Processing Agreement or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other under this beta agreement for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. This applies only where the particular exclusion is lawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to your business arising from this free beta agreement, across all claims and legal theories, is limited to USD 100. This is one aggregate limit for the beta, not USD 100 per event or per document. Any future paid service requires separately agreed terms.
The exclusions and limit do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits excluding or limiting. They do not restrict a person’s statutory data-protection rights, regulatory powers or mandatory consumer or similar protections. They do not prevent a refund or other remedy that applicable law requires. If a limitation is unenforceable, the remainder applies only to the extent lawful.
8. Export, end of access and deletion
You retain rights in your submitted business content and may download records held in your account during access and the acknowledged 180-day retrieval period after access ends, without renewal. Sign in on the homepage and choose Download my data, or visit /account-export. Export remains subject to owner authentication and proportionate security limits. Contact support if you cannot retrieve your records.
The period starts from the effective end of paid or trial access, not an earlier cancellation click. The account-data page shows the UTC deadline. Previously expired accounts receive the full period from acknowledgment of the retention policy; accounts that have not acknowledged it are not put on a retrospective countdown. Renewing before expiry-based deletion removes that deadline but does not withdraw a separate deletion request.
At the deadline, records enter deletion review rather than an immediate unattended purge. We check ownership, restored access, legal holds, earlier instructions and export problems. You may request earlier deletion on the account-data page or through support; a valid instruction is not postponed merely to finish the retrieval period. Cancellation, deletion of source records and removal of an export copy are separate actions.
The archive includes a searchable offline reader, JSON, CSV, stored issued invoice PDFs and included uploads held by OfraVo. External files, bank records and filings not held by us are outside the archive. Prepared export links last 24 hours; cleanup normally removes temporary snapshots within a further 24 hours. Keep the extracted archive together and protect downloaded copies.
The retrieval period is not a statutory accounting archive. Retain your own records for all applicable legal periods. Narrow legal-retention exceptions and isolated backup copies are handled under the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Deletion instructions must be reapplied before a restored environment is opened for use.
9. Software and feedback
You retain ownership of your submitted content and grant only the rights needed to operate the service on your instructions. OfraVo software and branding belong to their respective owners. You may provide feedback voluntarily; we may use suggestions to improve the service without promising compensation or future benefits. We will not use your private customer records as public testimonials or marketing demonstrations without separate permission.
10. Changes and dispute resolution
The accepted version remains available through its versioned links. Material changes to this agreement require notice and a new explicit acceptance before they govern continued workspace use; they do not retroactively govern an earlier event. We will not silently shorten an acknowledged retrieval period. Declining new terms does not remove applicable export or privacy rights.
Polish law governs this business agreement, without depriving anyone of mandatory protections that apply despite this choice. Contact support first to seek a practical resolution. Disputes may be brought before courts competent under applicable procedural law; no mandatory arbitration or waiver of non-waivable court rights is imposed.
For support or complaints, email support.ofravo@gmail.com or write to the operator’s address above. Describe the issue and requested remedy without unnecessary customer information. No subscription or sign-in is required to contact us. We will respond within any applicable statutory deadline.
